What is on the official forum

The forum calls itself "Официальный форум - Black Russia (CRMP ANDROID)" and showed about 14.5 million topics and 4.7 million users on 2026-10-21. The home page has three categories:

Your server's board: «Сервер №N | NAME»

Searches like "форум black russia якутск" or "black russia forum green" want one server's board. All 92 boards share one layout, so find your server's number on our server list. Two forum names differ from the game: #34 is NOVOSIBIRSK and #60 is spelled TUYMEN.

Register, log in and secure your account

The forum account is separate from the game account. Register at forum.blackrussia.online/register/ with a username, email, password and a verification check. When we checked, the button made you wait about 100 seconds. You log in with username or email and password; there is no VK or Google sign-in.

The knowledge base says you need two-factor authentication on the forum (forum 2FA guide). On a PC: your nickname → Безопасность → Изменить next to Двухфакторная аутентификация → your password → «Код подтверждения через приложение». Scan the QR code in Google Authenticator, enter the code and save the backup codes. On a phone you paste the secret key instead.

Linking (привязка) is for your game account. In game, open /mm → Настройки безопасности to link email, VK, Telegram or Discord (linking guide). Discord linking uses the BLACK AUTH bot. A link cannot be undone. Forum-account approval and password or 2FA resets go to support.

How to write a complaint against a player

Use /report in game while it is happening. For past violations, go to your server's board → Жалобы → Жалобы на игроков and create a topic (official how-to).

The title must be "Nick_Name | Суть жалобы": the offender's nickname and the violation, for example "Bruce_Banner | nRP Drive". A wrong title gets the topic closed. The body follows this form:

Key rules from Правила подачи жалоб на игроков:

• File within 72 hours of the violation, and only if you took part in it.
• Show /time on your evidence, or the complaint may be rejected.
• Add video where screenshots are not enough (nRP обман, DB, return DM).
• Upload evidence to a photo or video host, not VK or Odnoklassniki. Keep it unedited. Videos over 3 minutes need timestamps.
• No swearing, flood or off-topic posts.
• Review takes 2 working days.

The board looks empty because only admins and technical staff can see complaints.

Complaints about admins and leaders, and ban appeals

See the admin and leader rules. The admin form adds the date of the punishment. Per the ban article, complain about the admin if the punishment was wrong, or post an appeal if you accept it but want it reduced. Appeals come only from the account owner and are not reviewed for leaks («слив»), selling game currency, махинации, deliberate bug abuse, selling or transferring an account, third-party software or deceiving the administration.

How to contact Black Russia support

The support guide points to the chat icon at the bottom right of blackrussia.online. Replies are not live. Support handles account problems (password, hacking, nickname, linking), technical problems (captcha, connection, bugs), missing donate payments and forum-account issues. For a bug, give your steps, nickname, server, device model and OS version, plus video or screenshots. For a payment, attach the bank receipt with date, time, amount and bank (more on /guides/donate).

The bot @br_techBot is titled «BLACK RUSSIA | Техническая поддержка», and its description says it does not restore access to game accounts. The VK group vk.com/br_tech pins a post calling the site chat the fastest way. On the forum, the technical section reviews topics within 7 days (deadlines).

Fake groups, fake admins and scams

The knowledge base says official news and contests appear only in the listed VK, Telegram, Discord and YouTube communities, and other groups have no connection to the project (official communities). The RED board's security thread lists common tricks:

• A VK profile copying a staff member asks for your password or IP address.
• A chat message promises a car if you enter a code in the /mm security menu. The code links your account to the thief's VK or Telegram.
• A fake job "interview" over voice asks you to share your screen while you log in.

Never share your password or enter someone else's code. "Free donate" generators and account sellers are scams, and real-money trading breaks the rules.
