The black russia factions (фракции) are the organizations you can serve in: state factions such as the traffic police (ГИБДД), the army (Воинская часть), the police (УМВД), the prison service (ФСИН), the ФСБ and the hospital (Больница), plus criminal groups (ОПГ). To join a state faction you need account level 2 to 4, a few documents and a passed 8-question interview at the HR desk, or an invitation from the leader. You leave through the tablet: Планшет → Фракции → Состав → your name → Уволиться.
This page is based on the official knowledge base ("Фракции" section), the official server rules and the official forum, checked on 2026-10-21. Leaders can add their own requirements, and promotion rules and salaries differ by server and change with updates, so your server's forum section has the final word.

Which factions you can join
Official sources name these state organizations: ГИБДД, the army, УМВД, ФСИН, ФСБ, the hospital, the Government (Правительство) and the media (СМИ). The criminal side has Арзамасская, Батыревская and Лыткаринская ОПГ, and forum server boards list other criminal organizations that vary by server. No official source confirms a total faction count.
МЧС (fire and rescue) is listed in the official job list as a job from level 5 rather than in the faction section, so see the jobs page. For the army and ГИБДД, read the detailed army and traffic police guides.

Requirements to join each faction

The ФСБ usually also wants a rank in the police, army or ГИБДД. Find faction buildings with /gps → Государственные организации.
Getting the documents
- Medical card (медкарта): a 5,000 ₽, 10-minute exam at a city hospital, or 100 BC in the shop (Магазин → Услуги).
- Military ID (военный билет): reach rank 3 (Сержант) in the army and file a forum report, or pay 129 BC. Editorial note (October 2026): this makes the army a natural first step.
- Weapon license: at the Government building from level 4, law-abidingness (законопослушность) 70+ and 30,000 ₽; it lasts 30 days.
- Category B license: pass the driving school (Автошкола). The shop also sells all licenses for 150 BC.

The HR interview (собеседование)
At the HR desk (отдел кадров) you answer 8 questions. Even one mistake counts as a fail, and you can try again after 5 minutes. The official articles do not publish the questions or answers, and "answers" (ответы) lists posted elsewhere are unofficial and may be outdated, so prepare by reading the faction's charter (устав).
You can also contact senior staff on the forum (your server → Государственные организации → faction). Leaders announce recruitment through Мероприятия and can hire you directly via the interaction menu (Служебные → Принять во фракцию).
For an ОПГ, wait for an interview announcement in chat, drive to the base (/gps → 5. Преступные группировки) and wait by the wall. You must know RP basics such as /me and /do (see RP terms), or apply in the "Заявление на вступление в организацию" forum topic.

First shift, documents and tests
You start as Рядовой (Интерн in the hospital). Change into uniform in the locker room (Раздевалка); under the faction charters it is the only place where you may stay idle or AFK during a shift. Once hired, the faction becomes a spawn point.
The tablet's Документы section holds the rules and charter, and Тесты checks that you know them. The test is mandatory when you join, and complex tasks unlock only after you pass it. Lectures (лекции) are not covered by the knowledge base; they are organized by each faction's leadership. On server RED, the army's forum handbook (October 2026) has a «Лекционный раздел» with texts senior staff read out with /s on formation, subordination, radio use, the charter and weapon handling. Check your server's faction section for its version.

Ranks and promotion
The army, ГИБДД and the hospital each list ten ranks; in the army and ГИБДД they run from Рядовой to Полковник, in the hospital from Интерн to Главный врач. Base salary depends on rank and is paid at PayDay.
- Automatic promotion works up to a rank set by the leader: complete tasks, and when you have enough points the new rank appears in Планшет → Фракции → Ранги.
- Manual promotion by senior staff applies above that rank or when the leader turns automatic promotion off. The conditions are in your server's forum topic, usually "Система повышения".
Work reports (рапорты) on the forum count toward promotion in most factions, so keep screenshots.

The faction tablet
The Фракции section appears in the tablet automatically after you join; some actions need you to start the working day first.

How to leave a faction (как выйти из фракции)
The knowledge base article "Увольнение из фракций" gives these steps:
- Open Планшет → Фракции → Состав and tap your own nickname.
- In your personal file (Личное дело), tap Уволиться.
- If the game refuses, buy the Решительность upgrade (Планшет → Меню → Улучшения → Решительность; it has level and money requirements), ask the leadership to dismiss you, or use VIP status from Silver up, which lets you quit on your own.
Your rank is reset; to restore it, apply in the "Заявления на восстановление" topic of the faction's forum section. The general article says tokens are kept, but the army service article says they are wiped when you leave the army, so spend them first.
If you only want to switch between security factions, a transfer (перевод) may keep your rank. The forum's transfer rules (last edited December 2022) allow it from rank 4, cap the new rank at 7, need both leaders' approval and forbid transfers out of the hospital, СМИ and Government. From the army to УМВД, ГИБДД or ФСИН you keep your rank; to the ФСБ you lose 2.

Warns and other rule pitfalls
Under the official server rules a Warn removes you from your faction automatically and blocks joining any faction for 10 days. The warning stays afterwards, and 3 warnings mean an automatic 10-day account ban. On RED, the army's joining FAQ also turns away players with active warns or a faction blacklist entry (ЧС). Rules to watch:
- General rule 2.15, Team Kill (killing a member of your own or an allied faction without an IC reason): Jail 60 minutes, Warn for two or more kills.
- State rules 1.07 and 1.08: no working jobs in faction uniform and no personal use of faction vehicles, Jail 30 minutes each.
- State rule 1.13: no uniform in the casino, container battles, family activities, the used-car market or the auction, Jail 30 minutes.
- Criminal rule 8: no escaping a police chase by driving onto your own gang's territory, Jail 30 minutes.

FAQ
How do I leave a faction in Black Russia?
Open Планшет → Фракции → Состав, tap your nickname and press Уволиться. If that is blocked, buy the Решительность upgrade, ask the leadership, or use Silver VIP or higher.
Where can I find answers to faction interviews and tests?
The official knowledge base does not publish them. Study the faction documents in the tablet; one wrong answer fails the 8-question interview, and you can retry after 5 minutes.
Which faction accepts the lowest level?
Among the factions the knowledge base covers, the army: level 2 with a medical card and a category B license.
Is МЧС a faction?
The official job list shows МЧС as a job from level 5, and the knowledge base's faction section has no МЧС joining article.
