How to buy a business (как открыть бизнес)
Per the official guides How to become a business owner and Auction:
- Reach level 3 (see the beginner guide).
- Mark the auction: map legend → Аукцион (hammer icon), or
/gps→ Важные места → Аукцион. It is in Южный. - Inside, type
/auctionand open Покупка → Бизнес. Each business carries an ID in its name, so you can search for one you scouted. - Bid at least 3% above the current bid. Bids cannot be cancelled.
- Trading runs 8:00 to 23:00 MSK; lots are listed until 20:00. If you are outbid, your money returns in full to Добыча (loot).
Bring the state price plus a reserve for bidding. You start with one business slot; more are sold in Магазин → Услуги. The casino, the service station (СТО), transport and construction companies are "elite": you may own one of them, plus a regular business without an extra slot.
Two server rules apply: rule 4.11 allows businesses on one main account only (a twink holding one is reset), and rule 4.05 bans passing a business or house to another account.

On the in-game map, the map legend shows green icons for property and businesses for sale, blue for your own, and red for homes owned by others; the business articles add that someone else's business shows white. The business center (Центр предпринимательства), where owner quests are taken, is in Лыткарино.

Income and "финка": what is official
Players ask for a "финка", a finance sheet per business. No official per-business income list exists; the knowledge base gives averages per type. For car dealerships it publishes:

Income depends on foot traffic, stock and the profit percentage; finishing all business center quests adds up to 50% extra income, recalculated daily. Earnings land on the business balance; the 2026-10-15 update raised the limit for withdrawing game rubles from a business to 10,000,000 (no period stated). Unofficial "финка всех бизнесов" lists cannot be verified.

Running a business: stock, rent and the roof
- Menu.
/business→ Изменить opens the business menu. Заказ продуктов orders stock, delivered by a transport company (see jobs) and paid from the business account. - Upgrades. Bought once each. A 24/7 store can add stock space, medical service, an ATM and lower taxation, which halves rent.
- Rent (аренда). Paid at any bank from your main account: up to 7 days ahead without VIP, 14 with Silver, 21 with Gold, 30 with Platinum (VIP).
- Roof (крыша). An ОПГ member nearby can put your business under "protection" for 500 rubles an hour; you cannot refuse. Gangs fight over roofs in a бизвар, which the official forum rules allow on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with at least 5 players per side.
Family enterprise battles over cell towers, a warehouse in Гарель and a factory in Бусаево are a separate event.

How you lose a business, and how to sell it
The knowledge base lists these triggers:
- No business center quest for 4 days: the business returns to the state and goes to auction.
- Stock empty for 24 hours: it closes and goes to auction.
- Unpaid rent or taxes.
- The casino and СТО are confiscated every 15 days regardless, with fixed compensation, and their rules forbid selling them earlier.
- Transport and construction companies reset after 5 days offline (rule 4.14).
/sellmybiz sells to the state for 70% of the state price plus 60% of upgrade costs. An auction listing usually earns more.

Per the housing article, you buy a free home by entering a green house icon and choosing Купить. You may own 2 properties; the second needs a slot bought for BC. A home is a spawn point with storage and a garage. Rent is paid daily at a bank, and /sellhome returns 70% of the state price.

- Cheapest start: a 500,000 stall earning 10,000 to 100,000 a day covers its price in 5 to 50 days.
- Shops: the accessory store has the best shop average (about 300,000 a day), but three of five cost 10,000,000, about 33 days to cover.
- Top end: car dealerships post up to 4,000,000 a day but cost up to 100,000,000.
- Avoid long-term: the casino and СТО, confiscated every 15 days.
