The Black Russia army (Армия, officially the Воинская часть) is a state faction you can join from account level 2 with a medical card and a category B driving license. You sign up by passing an 8-question interview at the military commissariat (Военкомат), or through the faction's leader. The developers don't publish an answer sheet for that interview, so this page explains what it checks and what comes after: ranks, tasks, promotions and the military ID (военный билет).
It is based on the official knowledge base, the official forum (state-faction rules and the RED and MOSCOW army sections) and the official July 17, 2025 update video, checked on 2026-10-21. Leaders set promotion and military ID rules per server, and updates change details.

Army requirements and how to join
The knowledge base lists three requirements:

To find the Военкомат, pick the Военкомат category in the navigator's map legend, or type /gps and go to Важные места, then Военкомат. Inside, the desk at the far wall is the HR department (отдел кадров), where the interview runs.
You can also apply to the leader and deputies on the forum: your server's section, then Государственные организации, then Армия. Some leaders ask for more than the minimum. MOSCOW's joining FAQ (2025-11-27), for example, also wants a weapon license and a «3-х летняя прописка». You can't join with a fresh Warn: under the general rules, a Warn removes you from your faction and blocks joining any faction for 10 days.

Военкомат answers: what the interview checks
The official knowledge base says the interview has 8 questions, one wrong answer counts as a failure, and you can retry after 5 minutes. The military ID article calls it a test of your knowledge of the project's rules.
No official or faction-leadership source we found publishes the exact questions, so this page doesn't list answers. Online lists can't be checked against the current version, and with a one-mistake limit an outdated answer fails you. The safer way to prepare is to read the general server rules and learn the RP terms the knowledge base defines: DM, SK, TK, RK, IC and OOC (see RP terms).
There's also a second test, and it's often what people mean by "тест армия". After you join, the faction tablet's Тесты section checks you on Документы, the faction's code of conduct and charter. The knowledge base calls this test mandatory and describes it as easy.

Your first shift at the military base
Find the base through the map legend's Государственные фракции category, or with /gps, then Государственные организации, then Воинская часть. Under the state-faction rules, base territory starts past the barrier (шлагбаум).
You start as Рядовой (private). Change into uniform in the locker room (Раздевалка) inside the barracks (Казарма), just past the duty officer (Дежурный). The charter only allows AFK there. The base also becomes your spawn point. Weapons are in the armory (Оружейный склад), behind the armored door. If it's locked, ask the leader, who opens it with /lmenu. Start your workday (рабочий день) in the tablet to unlock ranks and tasks.

Your rank sets your base salary at PayDay, and tasks and initiatives pay extra. Tasks earn reputation points, and new ranks unlock automatically in the tablet (Фракции, then Ранги) up to a limit the leader sets. Above that, senior staff promote you by hand, usually after forum work reports (рапорты) as set out in your server's "Система повышения" thread.
On RED, for example, the pinned reference thread (2026-10-06) says Сержант takes 2 lectures, 2 events and 3 supply runs. Старшина takes a 30-minute checkpoint patrol with radio reports every 10 minutes and passing the charter and armory rules to a rank 7+ officer. Капитан is by separate application. Other servers differ.

Army tasks, initiatives and the faction shop (армия задания)
The official July 17, 2025 video launched the faction tablet, with new tasks and initiatives arriving in the army and ГИБДД first. You take tasks from the duty officer or in the tablet, and there are six types:
- Охрана периметра (perimeter guard)
- Учёный (scientist, making medicine in the bunker)
- Дежурный по столовой (mess hall duty)
- Дневальный (barracks orderly)
- Развозка материалов (materials delivery)
- Проверка вышек (watchtower check)
Your first task swap each day is free, and later ones cost 10 BC. Tasks pay reputation points, rubles and organization tokens (жетоны), with a bonus (премия) for finishing all 5 daily tasks. For deliveries, the dispatcher (Диспетчер) checks you, for example by asking your colonel's name, then issues a waybill (Путевой лист) for a KAMAZ run to the faction you chose.
Initiatives (Внеплановые учения, Тревога!, Проверка части) are scheduled by the leadership and run once a day for 15 minutes each. Success raises the faction's performance rating (Результативность), which raises PayDay salaries.
The shop (tablet, Фракции, then Магазин) sells access to the BMW 7-Series 750Li and the Tank 500, plus the military uniform, which together with a waybill lets criminals fake a delivery. Extra tokens cost 10 BC each, and you lose your tokens when you leave the army.

How to get a military ID (как получить военный билет)
A military ID helps you rise in the Ministry of Defence and join other factions: ГИБДД, УМВД, ФСИН and ФСБ all require it. The official route:
- Pass the HR test at the Военкомат.
- Find your server's "Система получения военного билета" thread under Армия on the forum.
- Do tasks from the duty officer until you reach rank 3 (Сержант).
- Post a report (рапорт) on the forum with screenshot or video proof.
Or buy the ID instantly in the shop under Услуги for 129 BC.
Server rules can be stricter. RED's version (edited 2026-10-11) asks for rank 4+, a 30-minute checkpoint shift with reports every 10 minutes, 2 lectures and at least 10 hours in the faction, proven by screenshots showing /time that are no older than 3 days.

Rules of conduct for the army (правила поведения)
The forum's state-faction rules (last edited 2026-09-11) set these army penalties:
- Damaging players outside the base: Jail 90 minutes. Mass DM: a Warn.
- Blocking the material pickup point, the checkpoint booth or the wall breach with cars: Jail 30 minutes.
- Working other jobs in uniform, or using faction vehicles for personal trips: Jail 30 minutes.
- Going to the casino, container battles, family activities, the used car market or the auction in uniform: Jail 30 minutes.
Each server adds its own charter. RED's sets service hours from 10:00 to 20:00, the address "Товарищ" with the formal "Вы", and the prefix [Армия] - [Организация] on the department radio.
Under the official transfer rules (2022), both leaders must agree, you can't transfer below rank 4 or arrive above rank 7, and moving from the army to УМВД, ГИБДД or ФСИН keeps your rank, while ФСБ costs 2 ranks.
To quit, open the tablet, then Фракции, then Состав, select your file and press Уволиться. This needs the Решительность upgrade, VIP Silver or higher, or a superior to dismiss you.

Every server board has an Армия subforum under Государственные организации, with threads named by the leaders. On RED in October 2026 it held a reference thread, report threads (military ID, promotion, transfer, reprimand removal), complaints, a blacklist and a "colonel's office".
