The Black Russia GIBDD (ГИБДД) is the traffic police faction: officers work road posts and radars, write fines, take licenses and chase drivers who refuse to stop. To join, you need account level 4, a medical card, a military ID, a weapon license and a category B license, then you pass an 8-question interview at the duty desk (Дежурная часть), where one wrong answer means a fail. No official answer key exists, so this page explains the test, the official commands and where your server posts its КоАП and УК.
This guide is based on the official knowledge base, the official forum (state-organization rules, RED and MOSCOW GIBDD sections), an official YouTube video and official Telegram posts, all checked on 2026-10-21. Leaders set many details per server and updates change mechanics, so check your own server's forum section.
01
What the GIBDD does in Black Russia
The official article Служба в ГИБДД describes these duties:
- DPS post (пост ДПС). Some tasks put you at a post with a 60 km/h limit. Your baton (жезл) works only there: aim it at a passing vehicle to make it pull over, check documents or inspect the car, then write a fine (up to 5 per day) or take the license. A driver who ignores the stop is put on the wanted list automatically.
- Chases (Погоня). Charge a player in the GIBDD database, then chase them using EMP (ЭМИ, stalls the engine) and spikes (шипы). After the stop you can cuff the driver and take them to the УМВД cells (КПЗ), or just take the license.
- Radars. Carry up to 2 stationary radars from the weapons store (Оружейный склад); each works 10 minutes and cannot be switched off. The handheld radar needs you at the roadside. Since the 15 October 2026 update, radar spots are green zones (зелёные зоны), per the official Telegram post.
- License renewal (Продление прав). When an officer renews a license, 90% of the fee goes to the state and 10% to the officer.

How to join the GIBDD (как устроиться в ГИБДД)
Requirements from the official joining article:
| Requirement | How to get it (official knowledge base) |
|---|---|
| Account level 4 | PayDay XP and quests, see the beginner guide |
| Medical card (Медкарта) | Hospital exam, 5,000 ₽ and 10 minutes, or 100 BC in the shop |
| Military ID (Военный билет) | Reach army rank 3 and file a report, or pay 129 BC, see the army guide |
| Weapon license (Лицензия на оружие) | Government building: level 4, law-abidingness 70+, 30,000 ₽ fee |
| Category B license | Driving school in Лыткарино, 2,500 ₽, see the driving school guide |
The weapon and driving licenses each last 30 days, so renew them before you apply. To find the building, type /gps → Государственные организации → Отдел полиции ГИБДД, or track the car icon with a flashing light in the map legend. Then join in one of two ways:
- HR desk. Take the 8-question interview at the Дежурная часть.
- Leader or deputies. Contact senior staff in your server's forum section → Государственные организации → ГИБДД, or wait for a recruitment event.
You start as Рядовой. Change into uniform in the locker room (Раздевалка) behind the door marked "Комната отдыха"; under the charter it is the only place where you may stand AFK.
03
The GIBDD test and interview answers (гибдд ответы)
The official rule is short: 8 questions, even one mistake counts as a failure, and you may retry after 5 minutes. As of 2026-10-21, neither the knowledge base nor the forum sections we read publish the questions or an answer key, so we do not print answers. Answer lists elsewhere are undated and cannot be traced to the developers.
How to prepare instead:
- Read the faction's rules and charter: after you join, they sit in the tablet's Документы section, and its mandatory Тесты section checks them.
- Read your server's КоАП and УК (see below).
- For a leader interview, expect role-play. The RED server's GIBDD leader posted an FAQ on 26 September 2026 showing how to hand over documents, for example
/do Паспорт в кармане.and then/me достал(а) паспорт из кармана. If that is new to you, read the RP terms guide.
04
GIBDD commands (команды ГИБДД)
The tablet lists them under Информация → Список команд → Правоохранительные органы, and the official service article lists these:
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/base | GIBDD database, used to charge a player |
/ptickets ID | View a player's fines |
/delticket number | Delete a fine by its number |
/radarmap | Handheld radar zones |
/searchcar | Inspect a vehicle |
/cuff ID, /uncuff ID | Handcuff or uncuff |
/gotome ID | Pull an offender out of the car and lead them |
/putpl ID | Put an offender in your car |
/arrest ID | Arrest a player |
/clear ID | Remove a player from the wanted database |
The RED server's commands thread (March 2024) also lists /su (declare wanted), /takelic ID (take a license) and /radar, but it predates the 2025 faction rework, so trust the tablet if they differ. The 15 October 2026 update post says /cuffson was returned, without describing it.
05
Ranks, tasks and promotion
The ten ranks run from 1 Рядовой through Ефрейтор, Сержант, Старшина, Прапорщик, Лейтенант, Капитан, Майор and Подполковник to 10 Полковник. Base salary by rank is paid at PayDay.
Tasks arrived with the tablet update of 17 July 2025 (official video). Take them from the duty officer (Дежурный) or in the tablet; there are ten types, and one swap per day is free, then each costs 10 BC. Tasks pay reputation points (for rank-ups), rubles and GIBDD tokens (жетоны), with a bonus for finishing all 5 daily tasks. Tokens unlock a BMW S 1000 BR motorbike and a Marussia car in the faction shop.
Promotion is automatic through tasks up to a rank the leader sets; above that, senior staff decide under your server's "Система повышения" topic, usually from forum reports (рапорты). Example: the RED handbook of 26 September 2026 requires passing the УК, КоАП and charter to senior staff to go from rank 2 to rank 3.
06
КоАП and УК: your server's codes
The КоАП (Кодекс об административных правонарушениях) is the administrative code for minor offenses punished with fines; the УК (Уголовный кодекс) is the criminal code for serious ones punished with prison terms. Both are in-game roleplay laws, not real Russian law. Rule 1.05 of the state-organization rules obliges every state employee to follow the codes and charters posted in their server's forum section.
Each server publishes its own copy. On RED both codes are pinned in the GIBDD section (posted 19 March 2024); on MOSCOW they sit in the УМВД section. The texts we read on both servers were almost word for word the same: 20 УК articles and 9 КоАП articles. Selected RED КоАП articles:
| Article | Offense | Penalty |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Traffic violation that damaged vehicles | 30,000 ₽ and license taken |
| 2 | Parking on a sidewalk or lawn | 10,000 ₽ |
| 5 | AFK on the road | 15,000 ₽ |
| 7 | Ignoring a DPS officer's demand | 5,000 ₽ |
The RED УК includes, for example, article 6 (vehicle theft, 2 years), article 9 (carrying a firearm without a license, 2 years) and article 14 (disobeying a law-enforcement officer, 2 years).
07
Rules that get GIBDD officers punished
The forum's state-organization rules (last edited 2026-09-11) forbid GIBDD staff to declare someone wanted or write a fine without an IC reason (7.02, Warn), to stop or inspect a vehicle without one (7.03) and to take a license during a chase (7.04, Warn). Side jobs and the casino in uniform, or faction vehicles for personal use, mean Jail 30 minutes. The federal decree (ФП, August 2025) adds personal use of lights or sirens and declaring someone wanted outside the УК. A Warn also dismisses you from the faction and blocks all factions for 10 days; see the rules guide.
